We suggest that you test your product within 10 days of receiving shipment for any operational problems. If you think your product is defective we only sell products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases they are simple issues we can handle over the phone with our staff. We have factory trained and certified mechanics that service equipment daily. Please have your model and serial number of your product handy so we can address your issues. Once any power equipment has been gassed and or oiled it cannot be returned due to shipping regulations. In this event if we cannot help over the phone we will get you to the closest service center for a repair that may be covered under warranty. We support what we sell, if we cannot get your issues resolved over the phone we will help you locate and set up service with a local service center.
